New and welcoming B&B in modern style in the attic of a duplex house that is located in a calm area in Pachino (SR), in the eastern-south of Sicily between the Ionian sea and the Mediterranean sea.
THE HOUSE:
Our B&B is located in the attic, on the second floor of a duplex house.
The B&B has three kingsize bedrooms, the "Ionian", the "Mediterranean" and the "Isola".
You can reach the attic through semi-independent stairs.

The balcony, the living room with a breakfast area and the various equipment is in common but only reserved for the guests.
The house is recently built and the bedrooms offer the biggest comfort.
The furniture style recalls the mediterranean charm giving lovely attention to the details and using natural materials.
The beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. The candid white combined with the blu evoques the sensation of freshness and cleanliness of a lovely holiday at the sea.
